About us
Action For Community Empowerment "ACE" is a community based organization and non - governmental organization. ACE was formed and fully registered in 2016 purposely to empower disadvantaged groups in Uganda by supporting communities such as youth, widows, people with different abilities and the elderly.These initiatives include child care programs, Education and training, skilling, safe and clean water, food aid, health care provisions, improved agricultural practices and emergency relief. Here at Action For Community Empowerment, we are driven to do our part in making the world a better place. Since our launch in 2016, the team at Action For Community Empowerment has worked tirelessly to promote our cause. We are fortunate to have volunteers and staff from all walks of life who bring their unique expertise and resources into everything we do. This is what enables us to achieve our goals year after year. While there is always more that can be done, there is no doubt that we are making a significant impact. We believe

Making a Difference
Volunteering
Feeling like there are countless pressing issues that no single program could make a marked difference? Our Volunteering initiative has proven to be a powerful tool for Action For Community Empowerment to successfully serve our community and improve countless lives.
Reaching out
-Reaching out with beddings and clothing to the less privileged children and widows.
- Emergency relief Aid.
- Supporting the less privileged school going children with tuition and school materials.
- Supporting women start business on small scale enterprise.
-Purchase and install water tanks in the target communities to provide safe and clean water.
Community Empowerment
We see every challenge as an opportunity, and our community Empowerment initiative helps us ensure that those we serve are better prepared to persevere in the unique situations they find themselves in.
Education
A.C.E sponsership program strives to narrow the gap between the less privileged and the privileged. Through this program, Many less privileged children have been able to go back to school. Our village team identify the most disadvantaged children who wouldn't get an education. The rest of the children are picked from the streets and abusive relatives. Twenty (40) children are fully sponsored while forty (40) are on pending.
Health
It's hard to access health care in Eastern and Uganda at large. During our health outreach, volunteers, social workers and health personnels provide free HIV screening, vaccinations, family planning services and counseling.

The community at A. C. E still need your support more than ever before
(i) Action For Community Empowerment is in dire need of sponsership/donations and funding programs for the less privileged children /youths (approximately 40 children, aged 1-17yrs old) in desperate need of education funding, a home, school supplies, food, clothing, blankets, mattresses, sanitary supplies, medical expenses and other essential needs(on going project)
(ii) Fundamental and crucial sponsership for our new proposed website including hosting and domain web development. This will help Action for Community Empowerment to create further awareness and utilize payment portals such as stripe, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, EFT and other convenient payment methods for both companies and individuals that will be willing to support our foundation for the the less privileged and in urgent need of our help for survival.
(iii) Supporting women to start small scale business (on going annual project)
(iv) Building a home for for the less previlaged who have no shelter. ACE can only accommodate up to 20 children however we are taking in upto 40 children from streets and abusive relatives. This creates mass overcrowding, not enough sleeping space, diseases.
(v) Giving support to disadvantaged families affected and infected with HIV/AIDS
